Yes. Every new account gets a 7-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card needed. After the trial, you can stay on the Free plan or upgrade.

Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing you've created is deleted — you just can't add new areas, tasks, or habits past the Free plan's limits, and Insights locks until you upgrade.

Yes — an account is what lets your tasks, habits, and notes sync across devices and stay private to you.

Free covers the core of the app with limits: 5 life areas, 15 open tasks, 5 habits, plus unlimited notes, search, and push notifications. Pro removes those caps and adds Insights, Shared Spaces, and data export. See Free vs Pro in the Help Center for the full breakdown.

$5/month, or $50/year if billed annually (works out to about $4.17/month — two months free compared to paying monthly). Billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account settles onto the Free plan. No data is deleted.

Yes — billing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Producky never sees or stores your card number.

Only open (not-yet-done) tasks. Completed or archived tasks don't count, so finishing things frees up room.

No. Creating a Family or Friends space requires the owner to be on Pro, but once it exists, everyone invited into it — including people on the Free plan — gets unlimited areas, tasks, and habits inside that space.

Not yet — they need an existing account at that email address before you can invite them to a Shared Space.

By default it's one-way (your Google events flow into Week). A separate toggle in Settings also pushes events you create in Producky back out to Google Calendar.

Yes — give a task a due date and time, then pick a reminder: at the due time, 5, 15, or 30 minutes before, 1 hour before, or 1 day before. It arrives as a push notification.

Yes — an authenticator-app-based 2FA you can turn on from Settings → Security, with one-time backup codes in case you lose access to the app.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email — if an account exists, you'll get a reset link. No need to contact support.

Your Personal space is visible only to you. Data inside a Shared Space is visible to everyone you've invited into that space. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes — install it as a web app from your browser (Add to Home Screen on iOS, Install app on Android) for a full-screen, app-like experience with push notifications.

They're in development. Until they ship, the installed web app gives you the full experience from your home screen.

The installed app caches its own interface and shows a simple offline notice if your connection drops. Your actual tasks, habits, and notes need a live connection to load or save.
