Notes and checklists
Quick capture for thoughts, with markdown formatting and optional checklists.
Notes are for anything that doesn't need a due date — ideas, meeting notes, things you want to remember. They support markdown formatting, so headings, bold text, and lists render properly.
Checklists
Turn a note into a checklist to track a list of sub-items inside it — handy for packing lists, agendas, or anything with multiple steps that isn't quite a full task.
Organizing notes
Notes can optionally be tied to a life area, same as tasks and habits, so they show up in the right context.
List or grid, and a quick preview
Switch between a list and a grid layout from the toggle above your notes — whichever you pick is remembered on that device. Tapping a note opens a read-only preview first; there's a separate Edit button once you're sure you want to change it, so you don't accidentally start editing something you only meant to skim.
