Exporting, importing, and deleting your data
Download everything as JSON, bring it back in later, or permanently delete your account.
Exporting your data
Pro accounts can export everything — tasks, habits, notes, and events — as a single JSON file from Settings → Data. It's a full snapshot of your account, useful for backups or moving your data elsewhere.
Importing your data
In the same Data section, Import lets you upload a JSON file back in — your own earlier export, or one you've put together yourself in the same shape. Producky shows a summary of what it's about to add before anything is written, and skips anything that looks like a duplicate of what's already there rather than doubling it up.
Deleting your account
From Settings → Danger zone, you can permanently delete your account. You'll need to confirm your password. This is irreversible — it removes your tasks, habits, notes, and space memberships.
If you're part of a Shared Space someone else owns, deleting your account removes your membership but doesn't affect the space or its other members.
