Managing tasks
Priorities, due dates, life areas, and how the Free plan's task limit works.
Tasks live on the Tasks screen, grouped by the life area you've assigned them to. Each task can have a priority (Low, Medium, High) and an optional due date and time.
Completing tasks
Checking a task off marks it done — it stays visible briefly so you can see what you just finished, then moves out of your active list. Done tasks aren't deleted; they just no longer count toward your open-task total.
The Free plan limit
Reminders
Give a task a due date and time, and a reminder option appears: at the due time, 5, 15, or 30 minutes before, 1 hour before, or 1 day before. Producky sends it as a push notification at that exact moment — it needs a due date and time set first, since that's what the reminder counts back from.
Where tasks come from
- Created directly on the Tasks screen
- Added via quick capture from anywhere in the app
- Synced in from Google Calendar events, if you've connected your calendar
