Resetting your password
Forgot your password? Reset it yourself from the login page — no need to contact support.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. If an account exists for that address, Producky emails a reset link.
The link takes you to a page where you can set a new password. For your security, Producky always shows the same "check your email" message whether or not that address actually has an account — so a reset attempt never reveals who does or doesn't use Producky.
Have two-factor authentication on? You'll still need your authenticator app or a backup code to log in after resetting your password — the reset only changes the password step.
